Saya punya tanah kosong 14 hektar di daerah Sibolangit, Sumatera Utara. Kondisi subur, warna kehitaman, dpl sktr 600. Warga sekitar, ada yg menanam cabai, kopi, sayuran dll, hasil pertaniannya dipasarkan ke Berastagi ( jarak tempuh satu setengah jam) pada pengepul atau ke medan ( jarak tempuh tiga jam).Sy sendiri karena belum ada biaya, tidak diolah. Teman-teman mohon pencerahan.Terima kasih-zoel lubis.
