Hi, this is Darrin at ChatButton.com, the free and easy-to-install chat box for Websites and blogs. It has been a very long time since I have sent you an update about the ChatButton, so I wanted to take a quick moment to tell you about 2 very important updates:
1. Better Non-English Language Support: Support for non-English language characters was by far the most requested feature. I am happy to report that ChatButton now offers much better support for non-English characters in the chat box. I have tested it with Persian, Chinese, Japanese and some other languages. If you were waiting for this, I encourage you to please go to www.chatbutton.com and try it out - please let me know if you have any feedback or problems with it working in your language.
2. Improved Spam Filtering: I had some complaints from other ChatButton users that the chat boxes were seeing some spam messages. To help eliminate spam, I have implemented some additional spam filtering that will hopefully help. If you still see spam in your ChatButton, please contact me and let me know.
Laslty... I plan to make a series of tutorial videos in the coming weeks. These will help you better understand how to install ChatButton and how to moderate the users and messages.
